Pam is the owner of Home Zone Mortgage & Loan, located at 300 Country Club Rd., Ste. 237 in Eugene. Pam has been compiling loan documents for clients since 1993. Since that time she has learned the importance of knowing that each client has a different set of circumstances and that they don’t all fit into the same box, or circle for that matter! In fact, it is increasingly clear that knowing the value of how to package a loan for the maximum benefit of her client is what truly sets her apart. Just as each client is unique, knowing how to customize their financing to best suite their needs is ultimately the best part of what she does.
With the way our federal tax system is structured, our homes can become our greatest avenue to retirement, if we know how to position our assets in the financial arena.
